arrendatario = tenant Empty arrendatario = tenant

I've found "tenant", "lessee" and "leaseholder", the three of them quite used in contracts...

I like "tenant" best. It's the one I remeber using in other opportunities... but I'll appreciate suggestions.

I've used "tenant", have a look at these definitions:

tenant
n. a person who occupies real property owned by another based upon an agreement between the person and the landlord/owner, almost always for rental payments.

lessee
n. the person renting property under a written lease from the owner (lessor). He/she/it is the tenant and the lessor is the landlord.

If you're both using tenant, let's go with that.
