I've found "Cattle Attendant" in many documents but I've also found "Feeder" (One that supplies food).. not sure which one to use

I've used "feeder". Because "cattle attendant" takes care of cattle in a broader aspect, whereas the "feeder" only looks after the feeding and fattening part, that is what the contract is about... I guess.

I wouldn't use "Cattle Attendant". It sounds too general.

Another option would be "Feedlot Operator", which conveys the responsibility that is central to the contract.

I've seen "feeder" come up in lots of sites to refer to the equipment that is used to feed the animals.

I just checked a previous project for the same client, and confirmed that we used "engordador = feeder". Let's go with feeder.
