In most places where the future tense is used in the Spanish text, the machine translation uses "Shall".

For example:

El Comprador comunicará = The Buyer shall communicate

I think this is correct and sounds best as legal English. If we come across any other future tense verbs that were translated as "Will do" (as I just did), I think we should translate them as "Shall do" to stay consistent.

Totally agree. shall is a good call for the future tense. I usually use it, too.

One exception to the use of shall for future tense futures, which we probably have already realized, is in (non-contractual) email text.

For example:

"Te mandaremos los datos", which would be "We will send you the details" cat
