REVISIONS PRIOR TO DEADLINE

Since we started a few days ago, there have been a few changes made to glossary terms or to terms that were being used by the MT. Prior to delivering final translations, we should do search and replace (one by one) to update these terms for consistency across all documents:

contrato = contract (not "agreement")
corretaje = brokerage (not necessarily "brokerage fees", check context)
órganos rectores = governing bodies (not "organizing bodies")
de una parte = on the one hand
de otra parte = on the other hand (not "furthermore / moreover")
en este acto = in this act (not "hereby")
Las Dirijidas al Comprador / Vendedor = Addressed to the Buyer / Seller
Transmisión de las Acciones = Transfer of Shares (not "Transmission of Shares")

If any others come up, I will add them to this list.
