carcasa (revision)

In the TM I saw that carcasa has been translated variously as:

* shell
* housing
* casing

I've been using housing consistently, and I think we should revise all instances to housing for consistency.

Regarding 'casing', this term is already reserved for "tuberia de revestimiento" so we shouldn't be using it for 'carcasa'.

Scott, I found an issue that I'm not comfortable with though:

According to the Glossary at Wordfast, you defined "tubería de producción" as "production casing", and although I'm hardly an expert in the matter, it doesn't sound right..

but then I look it up in Schlumberger and I find "production tubing" which does make sense.
