feeding?
fattening?

According to wordfast "engorde = fattening", but I'm not sure if cattle fattening by itself is the correct industry term (e.g. the name of a contracted service).

Any ideas?

It's quite tricky. Fattening areas are called "feedlots". Hacienda de engorde o invernada is called "fattened cattle".
But I really don't know if "cattle fattening" is correct...

There are lots of pages that use that:
http://www.mixph.com/guide-to-backyard-cattle-raising-and-fattening/
http://www.fao.org/wairdocs/ilri/x5494e/x5494e06.htm
So I guess it's correct.
Nonetheless, I would use something different for the name of the contract... "provison of services of cattle fattening"...?

I've found lots of examples where "cattle fattening" is a service per se, so I will use it for now. But let's stay flexible regarding "engorde" in case it has to be modified in other phrases (i.e. feedlot, etc...)

Great find, Gabi. There's a lot of good vocabulary in there.
