I found this online translated as "to acknowledge" or "acknowledgement", but I'm not sure if this is the best translation. It's what I've been using but, there might be something better.
an example:
En la cláusula 5a del Contrato debe señalarse que los 10pbs corresponden a todos "los costes, comisiones, gastos y corretajes" y no únicamente a la comisión por intervenir la toma de razón.
In clause 5a of the Contract it must be noted that the 10 basic points apply to all "costs, fees, expenses and brokerage fees" and not only to the commission to intervene in the acknowledgement.
Let me know if you have any other ideas...
